1. To find a good woman you need Time and Money, therefore:

Woman = Time x Money

2. "Time is Money" so;

Time = Money

3. Therefore;

Woman = Money x Money

or

Woman = (Money)²

4. Money is the root of all Problems" so;

Money = √Problems

5. Therefore;

Woman = (√Problems)²

or

Woman = Problems

Hehe, made me chuckle, then my girlfriend saw it and inflicted pain.

So it is true.

Just a quick correction, money is the root of all trouble so therefore;

Even when women are not a problem, they are still trouble :wink:

Actually, Money is the root of all 'evil'. But saying Woman = Evil just seems really really bad to me.

However, the biblical translation from Greek can be translated to Evil, Problems or Trouble, so really all are correct.

Well saying it would only be carrying on the perpetuating myth of women, through social control-
How then can stories such as
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lilith#Adam_and_Lilith
Lilith raping adam+ cain and being the source of all demons (well depending on source, the "unwilling" bit just meant she liked to ride them cowboy style, and they didn't understand that sort of thing)
Pandora being nosy and being the source of all evils
Sir gawain and the green knight (from this small isle)- and same with beowulf (the good wife is cast aside for the seductive demon (seductive can be the sham of innoncence)) etc
Women destroying nobility and duty.

How can these stories survive?? Because it keeps the potential matriarch\egalitarian down better than shouting "witch!"
Those are just a few.. if you look back aways into most folk stories women have been the source of all evil according to men.
I like some of the stories of the old egyptian gods, gets very confusing if I remember it correctly, alot of people being reborn through trees
I personally prefer
"
Get thee to a nunn'ry: why wouldst thou be a breeder of
sinners? I am myself indifferent honest; but yet I could
accuse me of such things that it were better my mother
had not borne me: I am very proud, revengeful,
ambitious; with more offences at my beck than I have
thoughts to put them in, imagination to give them shape,
or time to act them in. What should such fellows as I
do crawling between earth and heaven? We are arrant
knaves, all; believe none of us. Go thy ways to a
nunnery. Where's your father?"
(Shakespeare:Hamlet to ophelia :D Slightly more accurate at pointing the finger in my book)

Uh, shouldn't this be

Woman = Time + Money

as in simple arithmetic AND is equivalent to addition? After all, 1 and 1 = 2, 2 and 3 = 5, etc. It's gets more complex when you move to bitwise arithmetic, but it's still not multiplication ...

Yeah. you are correct, however anyone having dealt with a spouse/significant other knows its not simply an addition of the two, but more of a factor of the 2. Which is why it should be multiplied. So the first statement probably should be.

To find a woman one must factor both time and money.

this just doesn't read as easy. :)

In my case, I think I have what is known as a mathematical improbability - my wife doesn't fit the norm given by the above "proof" :P

Yes, but the cost of finding a woman is infintessimal as compared to the cost of letting go of one. My first "woman" (read wife) cost 5 years, 1 house and approximately $5K in legal fees.

However, the result was a 2nd marriage to a true soulmate, a better house (that is also a home) and 2 beautiful children.

The old adage is true... "You get what you pay for, and you pay for what you get!" :lol:
