I found a few things online..
1) Some ork building were in WD 134 "Modelling Workshop: Warhammer 40,000 Ork Building"..Don't know if they're the right ones. you probably want to check before spending lots..Its just that on keywords that one jumps out (some of you might have it for the space crusade add on..I only have a few pages left)
2)Bols uses plasticard..not much of a guide http://www.belloflostsouls.net/2007/02/ ... llage.html Other places on the web uses generic card buildings and then just mashes them up a bit.
3) DAkka has a build it with templates page.. looks like what you want http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/po ... 41510.page
4) you've got that yahoo group that stores all the scratchbuild templates for stuff (alot of us used to make our warhound titans etc) but I've lost the link.. and might take you to bad places (e.g. I think there is a torrent of it).. so maybe spack can step up and fill a void on that one.
If that helped when you christen it the first casualty must be renamed KMB :D

The ork buildings of that type appear in:

WD 134 pgs 60-63
WD 176 pgs 45-49

Now the pic you have i reckon is from WD 176 as i have WD 134 and it isnt in there, however, are we allowed to post scans/pics from WDs?

It's http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bwc-archive

I just joined to look for various template myself, but it doesn't have an OrK Building

Maybe search for Mexican Pueblo Architecture models cause that's what they're based on.
Pity there was also a guy who did templates for Cardstock buildings on warseer, but he's shut his site down to start selling them professionally rather than giving them away.

WD134 is the best one,
