Its called a "Peace Strider".

There was a booth in the shopping centre in Peterborough running free Magic intro games and giving away cards. They also took your photo and green-screened in your choice of background (there were about 6 to choose from). Since it was our anniversary, "Peace Strider" seemed appropriate.
