James - Quest: Gav and his Character

Postby berger15 » Thu Aug 29, 2013 8:31 pm

Hi James,

Fred said Gav is going to take the Elf Ranger. He has a model, so we'll just need to roll his stats. I have tried to pm you, but the message sits in the outbox and doesn't actually appear to be sent. I have sent about 4 messages since Saturday and none have made it to my sent items, so I figured "what the Hell, let the world know" !

I believe what happens is the message stays in your Outbox until at least one of the people it was sent to reads it.

Yep, that's exactly what happens. Anything in the Outbox means that the message has not been read by the recipient, and you still edit it/delete it if you want. Once the recipient reads it the forum moves it to the Sent box at which point you can't edit it any more and you know it's been read.

Thanks Spack - James needs to check his messages once in a while!

@ James - not sure about that - probably fighter, as I imagine that will be easier to get to grips with as a "new-comer" to Quest.
