Finally consumed the rules and changes in the latest 2nd Edition of Malifaux.
Decided to get some more work on my 3rd Crew for the game (1st & 2nd being Rasputina and Pandora)

With the changes to the way Crew's are hired, models now have a basic stat card, with certain models being able to take upgrades (3 for Masters and 1 for Henchmen or Enforcers).
I've reconfigured my Nephilim Crew with choices from Wave 1
4pts Master - Lilith with Upgrades Wicked Mistress, Living Blade & Rapid Growth
12pts Enforcer - Mature Nephilim with Upgrade Obsidian Talons
12pts Minions - 2 x Young Nephilim
12pts Minions - 3 x Terror Tots

Total of 40 soulstones (will drop Rapid Growth & Obsidian Talons to give me an extra 2 soulstones)

Have also painted up a Doppelganger (Enforcer) with Nexus of Power for 8pts

Finished painting my Pandora models, including Avatar of Famine (with Teenage Candy) and old sculpt of Pandora.
Planning to use old sculpt to show her having reached the 1st manifestation criteria.



Teenage Candy needs a little bit more work finishing off her base and maybe darken her hair - bit bright yellow at the moment.

With our Team's (Armageddon Inc) recent visit up to GW Lenton for 'Council of War' weekend, which turned out to be a good weekend for my Chaos Daemon army of Tzeentch (1 loss and 2 wins) and the absolute victory (17-5) in Apocalypse on the second day - got to use my Armourcast Phantom Titan in an 8000pts per side.

He did very well, kill list included Marneus Calgar and 10 Terminator Bodyguard, Tigius, Lysander, 3 Centurions, 2 Vendetta's and a Warhound twice (brought back after scheduled break), only possible due to the sacrifice of James Iyanden Eldar protecting me from tons of assault Terminators.

Anyway, between these games I picked up the latest Horus Heresy Book 2 - Massacre, along with some Mechanicum and the first models for my first Forgeworld only army - 5 MkIII Space Marines to be painted up as Sons of Horus (I've already got a sizeable Worldeater force using Mk6 RTO1 Space Marine 'Beakies' with Angron leading them to many a victory.

At another of my Clubs that I frequent 'Wycombe Warband', we had organised a large 'Total War' game involving 10 players each with 1750pts of forces.

The German Players fielded:
2 x Panzerkompanies
1 x Schwere Panzerkompanie
1 x Grenadierkompanie
1 x Fallschirmjagerkompanie

While the British fielded:
1 x Guards Armoured Recce Squadron
2 x Guards Armoured Squadrons
1 x Polish Armoured Squadron
1 x Guards Rifle Company

Mine was the Guards Rifle Company which included a 16 Gun Battery (8 x 25pdrs + 8 x 5.5 guns) to give me a combined Devastating Template at AT5 FP4+ with re-rolls to hit...I was looking forward to this.

A few mistakes from the British, getting suckered into a firefight with 8 Tiger tanks and a stubborn resistance put up by the Fallschirmjager on an objective.

Ended on Turn 4 with a 12vp vs 11vp Win for the Germans (if only we had more time...)
