My family have been very intrigued with my latest obsession with Malifaux. My Wife says that Teddy looks really cuddly and sweet!!!

But it's my son who has surprised me, he loves the idea of the game (compared to what we have done so far with GW Fantasy).
He's picked up the rules really quickly, especially as it's using cards which he loves playing at other times - currently learning to play Bridge at after school club.

So this Sunday we setup the table to have a small scrap between Molly Squidpiddge and Pandora.
I was running with Molly, 3 x Rotting Belles and a Rogue Necromancy
while my son ran with Pandora, 3 x Sorrows, Baby Kade and Teddy.

We both got Recon, so played a shared mission.
NOTE: the large Wizards Manse from GW, looking these scenery pieces - have just got the Graveyard undercoated black.

Built another paper tank today, this time a German Jagdpanther tank destroyer which is one of my favourite vehicles in World of Tanks. I resized a 1/100 scale paper kit I found online to 1/87 scale so it can be transported on the Panzerzug train.

Building the kit was fiddly as it had no instructions, and I've got a few detail parts left to add to it - machine gun, cupola, exhausts, jerry cans, and various bits on the superstructure, but the basic tank is complete.

With New Years day bring very wet and grey, perfect time to get the paints out and start adding some colour to my Sons of Horus models.

Starting with 2 coats of Dry Brushed Mechanicus Standard Grey.

Wondered why the brackets seemed too small - phoned FW on 20th Dec, still waiting for the post to arrive; hopefully before Monday 6th as I wanted to use my Sons of Horus in their first game of WH30K (more like against 40K Chaos Space Marines) in a 2000pt game.

So I went to Salute 2011 on Saturday 16th April.
