Starting in January, i'll be bringing back the contests!

These will purely be for bragging rights, and a shiny medal on your profile!

Right now, there are no plans to restrict the entry to a specific series, since everyone seems to have moved away into god knows how many different game sets!

The only rule in place, is a rule we've always had, the model(s) must be no further progressed than primed, though base coloured will be considered on a case by case basis depending on the plan in place for them.

I know traffic through here is slow lately, and that is one of the reasons for doing this again!

So long as there are at least 2 entrants each month, the contest will go ahead, any less and its pretty much just a project log

As usual, entry starts on the 1st, ends on the 15th, contestants have untill the 27th to submit a final entry for voting which ends on the 30th.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

I have a few ideas already but I think I'll wait and see what Christmas brings before settling on a model(s). I can't wait and I'm so much looking forward to finding some hobby zeal with this re-launch!

I'm sure there is probably something I can do. Time is a problem for me at the moment though. Takes me forever to get anything painted these days.

Now Lily's first year is up, we're starting to get back to some semblance of normality! With a few hours to relax and 'hobby' most evenings. Ive got a few projects lined up for next year across X-Wing, Bolt-Action, Epic and 40/30K - so hopefully a few deadlines might help me along a bit

I'll let Superfrog know too, although he's now where I was this time last year - as their daughter is now almost 2 months old

I might have to join in one month. I've got a "little" something that needs painting ... it's already painted but I'll be dismantling it, sanding, priming, and painting up completely, so hopefully that'll be ok ....

Nah, that wouldn't need painting. Got one of these:

Tempted to mod it, and then repaint it. Still haven't decided on camo, or a Colonial Marines look ...
