Contest Line Up 2014

So we're doing something a little different this year, more variety, more limitations, more specific contests

at first, it was just a plan to alternate between objective markers (ie: ammo dumps, fuel cache etc. basically the one thing all games have in common (except dice)) and free for all POTM

but thats been expanded a little, made more specific, with something for everyone! (we hope!)

so we'll cut to the chase, here is the line up for 2014. New additions/changes are in red for a few weeks to make them easy to pick out.

January: Anvils Hammer - Completed

February: Objective / Objective Marker - Completed

March: Scenery - Building - Completed

April: Painter/modeler Of The Month Freestyle - Completed

May: Vehicle/Monster - Completed

June: Elite Miniature(s) – Completed

July and August: Anything Goes Summertime Special - Completed

September: Command - from a single model to a full Command unit (which some game systems use) – from a warlord to the leader of a cadre or the head of a clan - your choice – as long as it’s unit type is Command!

October: Halloween Special (Halloween themed entries, big, scary, demonic etc more details as we get closer)

November: Vehicle/Monster/Fast Attack - From bikes to baneblades, hellios to voidraven bombers, if its fast, a vehicle or a monster it’s good to go. Monsters were added for those who are playing in games that have no particular vehicles!

December: Painter/modeler Of The Month Freestyle (anything goes, big or small) – and we mean anything, can be game related or not, something that’s been hanging around, whatever you want!

Each category will have its own voting poll, so if you just want to do scenery, enter the scenery months (and freestyles if you like, but votes for that are counted seperately)

No physical/cash prizes this time around, just the accolade of winning a contest which will result in a medal being awarded which will appear under your avatar. And everyone who posts a finished entry into the gallery for a contest will be awarded a "campaign ribbon" for that month!

Yeah I might have a project or two for scenery it's just if they'll wait that long.... Mind no guarentee that'll get chance to do anything before the either, lol.
