Hmm - I was going to do a unit of Sisters originally, but the longer timescale has complicated things a bit. I've got a Fulgrim sitting there that needs to be painted but I'd really like to do him and Ferrus together..... Then there's a myriad of epic Eldar that would make a nice project. MAybe even a repaint of the Tantive IV for xwing.....

I think I might spend most of the first month choosing what to paint lol!

made some real progress today!


and i say that, because for the last week they've been bare primer!

so here they are, My Avengers!

cap still needs his skin, white and highlights, spidey his eyes and highlights (and maybe a wash on the red, not decided yet), iron man needs gold and silver work with a hint of repulsor and arc lighting, oh and highlights. thor needs everything, he's just got his base colour (going with comic book look over movie look), hulk needs his shorts, highlights and detailing. and wolverine, well he's the furthest along (yellow is the most pain in the backside colour to do, so focusing on it first!) as his yellow has already been highlighted (you can just make it out in the group shot), needs some black work on his boots, highlights on the blue, his arms and mouth, and of course his claws need silver work (kept seperate for ease of painting legs)


not bad for a days painting eh? but i do have to say... im out of practice with 28mm!


also got my dropzone infantry primed and based, but thats got nothing to do with this thread

Looking good man. Lol I've sorted out the Drones I'll need for the unit and got my Riptide almost built but I'm not even close to paint just yet!

well ive made nice progress today

spidey just needs his base sorted out (and a little clean up!), iron man, for all intents, is done (again barring base work), but he seems to be missing a little something... (really dont want to wash these guys!)

wolverine is getting some finishing touches right now, then its off to finish cap, then tomorrow as im recovering from Physio, i get Thor done!

leaving Hulk till last, kinda worried im gonna mess him up!
