Age of Strife

Thought I would start sprucing up the terrain set I got for DzC. I bought the Ruinscape set and having looked at it I thought it needed more.

So first things first, trees:



I plan next to make some simple raised flower beds for the trees to go in and along with them more trees.

Ive also bought some cars that the guy on Hawk forums bought, so make some terrain pieces along these lines:

How about taking a 25mm round base from 40K, turn it upside down, and glue the tree to the base. The edge of the inverted base will now make the "wall" of the round flower bed that the tree is planted in.

mmmm that's a good idea, but there are some on the paper table tiles you get, so need to be same size of them... see last image of mine...

They don't neet to be exactly the same size. This way you could have some "potted" trees.

And for those types of flower beds, I would recommend strips of foamboard, or maybe even boxes made out of pieces of sprue!
