Dropzone Commander

looks nice, my feeling is that if you like the stuff, buy it now rather than think later. It is quite niche so will need support.

And now a bijou rantlet, looked at the scenery page to be told 10mm is very close to N Scale 1:200, 1:180.

Ummm no on several counts, firstly it is N Gauge, NOT scale, the scale for N Gauge is 1:160 for European and 1:148 for UK outline, with a functional siszing ratio of 2mm to the foot which actually makes it 11.5mm.

I really wish people would use a scale rather than an arbitrary sizing regime (unless fitting in with existing ranges), and that when they do, they correctly correlate them. From this statement I really don't know what size this new range actually is.

As ranges go I like all of them, both human ones are good in different ways.

But I do like that Jaguar walker...

Hmmm wonder if I could find a painter for them...

I think I'll go UCM as everyone else in the group has opted for the PHR and it seems a bit stupid for us all to have the same :)

I want to see the rules first though so will order the book when the others order their stuff (not doing it on its own... the P&P is 1/3 the cost of the book).

I prefer the UCM. I'll wait until I've seen the rules as well - what with Mantic and moving house, I have enough to keep me busy and occupy my wallet!

I'm waiting for Maelstrom to get the book as apparently they are, was going to order it from the site earlier in the week until I saw the P&P.

I'm in to Mantic for $225 and Sedition Wars for $225 at the moment so I can't buy into the game now, but I can grab a rulebook and see what's what in the mean time ;)

I am good, neither Mantic nor Sedition wars tempt me with figures, so I am vulnerable to other projects...
