Age of Strife Dice - small number still available

Postby Spack » Fri Aug 15, 2008 12:05 pm

UPDATE: A few dice relisted!

Due to non-payment I still have a few dice available to buy.

5 x 16mm Speckled Volcano (white spots)
10 x 16mm Scarab Royal Blue (gold spots)
10 x 16mm Scarab Blue Blood (gold spots)
5 x 16mm Scarab Scarlet (gold spots)

Price: £10 for 25 plus postage. PM Spack if you're interested.

I am happy to mix and match colours in blocks of 5 for the 16mm dice, so if you'd like say 5 Royal Blue, 10 Blue Blood, and 10 Speckled Volcano that is an order for 25 dice. All orders are on a first come first served basis - do not send payment until I have confirmed that the dice you want are still available. I will update the above list as I receive orders, but there may be a delay.

Prices including postage and packaging are as follows:

UK
==
(sent 1st class)
Set of 25 x 16mm dice = £12.60
Single 36mm dice = £3.30
Set of 25 x 16mm + 1 x 36mm dice = £14.10

Europe
=====
(sent Airmail)
Set of 25 x 16mm dice = £12.65 / 15.95 euros
Single 36mm dice = £3.50 / 4.40 euros
Set of 25 x 16mm + 1 x 36mm dice = £14.60 / 17.60 euros

Rest of World (US, etc)
===============
(sent Airmail)

Set of 25 x 16mm dice = £13.45 / $25.00
Single 36mm dice = £3.80 / $7.00
Set of 25 x 16mm + 1 x 36mm dice = £16.70 / $31.00

If you are ordering more dice than listed above, please get in touch for a quotation as it should be a little cheaper than just doubling/tripling/etc the above figures.

For scale, here's another pic. From the left is a 28mm GW figure, a 36mm die, a 16mm Scarab Royal Blue, a 16mm Speckled Volcano, and finally on the right is a standard 12mm die.

If I had known I could have just held on to some. It would be a little silly to buy more and have you ship them back to me.

I second that. They do look great.

They are also heavily blessed with good luck as my bad luck exorcism caused all bad luck to flee them (sadly they jumped into my travel plans but that is what happens when you play with cosmic forces).

I have to say the large 36mm ones make exellent turn markers - no more risk of picking up and rolling the turn marker as a save dice either! 8)

They also make excellent cover - finally something that CAN interrupt TLOS! :lol:

2 questions: do they have any more, and what are the internal dimensions (oh, 3 questions: how much were they)? :?:

cheers :D

If you want any, don't get them off eBay, they're cheaper direct from the maker (I could have got 2 for £7.73 including postage from the URL below, but paid £9.05 on eBay for 2 :(, I didn't find the URL below until today)

http://www.truetools.co.uk/cgi-bin/sh00 ... ehtml%23a7

Internally, you can squeeze 4 dice in the width although getting them out could be a problem. Height wise the 36mm dice has no problem. I'd suggest taking 2-3mm off the dimensions shown on that page for the internal sizes.

Yes, that's the same one (although the ones I got have additional writing on the top, could be an old model maybe). Yes, you can definitely get those dice - I have a 36mm and 21 x 16mm with space to spare to get probably another 10 dice in easily.

i asked that ebay seller if they would reduce the postage for 2nd class. they replied to say they only use 1st class, but pointed out that they have their own website, which has the same items and calculates postage by weight. i just ordered one of the tins from here:
http://www.selections-web.co.uk/hardwar ... _info.html

£2.50 (with a 10% discount using the code "ebay", which they included in their email) + £1.30 p&p, i.e. im getting one delivered 1st class for just £3.55 total. :D

and i was able to pay via PayPal. 8)

hope that helps - will let you know when it arrives.

cheers!
