Malifaux for me, please!?

I have a crew, will hopefully get up to 25 soul stones if an order arrives in time (is dependent on a Fate Deck coming back in stock)

Not a problem - I've not actually played, but have read the rules. Seems fairly straightforward...

Bah tiny girly skirmish games with no core + 1000 overrides that take hours.. (thumps clawed fist to the desk.) this is not battle this is badminton.
Me grimlock want to munch metal. ( http://grimlockmunch.ytmnd.com/ )

I'll dig out my LATD and see if there is enough horde there to put together a proxy undead KOW list,

Anyone for blood bowl?

This ain't my dad its a cellphone [I threw it to the ground!!!]

BANE, no problem. I'm still feeling my way around it as it is. Happy for you to proxy whatever you like...

What version of the BB Living Rulebook are we now on? Last version I have is 5, but I think I last played with 3. I much prefer the rules as they were in the old box set...

I play pages 5-15 20-23 63-68, 71-76 of the blood bowl competition rules (a cut back version of the 6thed living rulebook)
as found here
http://www.games-workshop.com/MEDIA_Cus ... s_Pack.pdf

that means basic game inc..fouls interceptions, team and skill based rerolls, handing off, going for it, assisting a block and casualties..
but no power star players, upgrading players through leagues, inducements, card deck of random, kick off table, cheerleaders, apothecarys, wizardspectators, fan factor/FAME, and I also don't roll for weather.
100k lists,

Means I have been able to teach 2 people how to play by watching one, doing one with help, then off they went.

As you really only have to remember the agility table and the modifiers for it, and that more than 7 as an injury is a bad thing.
I downloaded a team builder XL sheet and a lovely reference sheet that condenses the rules to a 2 page crib sheet from a lovely other web site if you lot want it sticking somewhere.
Its a 2 hour game game I reckon. longer if its your first time using it.. (what do you reckon LH?)

Ah you cut out all the good stuff, nothing better than zapping a skaven gutter runner when he is heading with ball for the nzone, or surrounding a prone star player with 8 of your for an assisted foul with a dirty player!
Always wanted to collect a blood bowl team, in my opinion, the best game GW ever made, so I am keeping my fingers crossed for the wildly rumoured re-realise.

@ LH, I can do a 10pt game of WM on the Sunday if your still up for it? Is 10pts enough to get a game out of?
