Last time me and Lh tried to scrumble in early they said they had a none till 10 policy, but they wouldn't be evil and throw us out.. If thats still the view, and breakfast would be after they've warmed up the ovens around 11ish..I'd suggest breakfast elsewhere.

Last time it was also suggested that they could do pizza for us in the evening (rather than us ordering it in or all going off early to eat). I'll ask if this is still something they might consider.

sadly i wont be attending, Nige made a rather convincing arguement for me to come earlier, but the fact that i have no idea how to play, would make it kinda pointless for me to be in the doubles (you muppet), it would end up as a 2v1 because my partner would more than likely have to play my part (seriously, not a clue, the numbers give me a headache)

that and i have no holiday time till april

Agreed 3 months of once a weeking is easily enough to become not too embarrassing (up to semi pro if you pay lots of attention and don't just sit in a corner drinking),specially if King takes you under his wing and teaches you dirty, back alley hardcore tabletop gaming..
Its a danceoff.(sorry zoolandered out for a minute there)

Before tournies came as standard there were quite a few people who played their first *real* game at them. And alot of folks haven't played since the last one.(Old codgers)

I miss the fridays, with everybody turning up piecemeal and some folks needing a tutorial game.

That's a shame. Would be great to see a batrep that featured your models on the tabletop! :D

Therein lies the real problem. :(
But I agree with KInG that you could just go to the club and play.
Of course, this is only if you are interested in playing.
Some folks just like to collect and paint miniatures.
Luckily 40K (and WFB) is a hobby that can be many things to many different people. 8)

Talus, if you can make it and you pair up with someone against me and someone else it'll balance out, I only play at the AoS events! :P I'll mostly be there just chatting to everyone and trying to drum up new registrations by placing my Titans in conspicuous places :D

well, if someone wants to run marines, and would consider mine, give me a list of the units you want to field and what weapons/equipment, i'll get them done up, and send them down with nige :P

that way wiz gets his batrep with my units, i get the satisfaction that they won/lost in the hands of a pro :D

Lets make nige play as meq...we could call it a handicap for previous winners.(  )

I wouldn't trust myself using nice models.. I let other people use my stuff precisely because I know its not tha awesomes
(implying I'm a pro through weird humility   )

DaGrot as above
Me (Herne)

All confirming attendance,

Cobby - umming and erring - may be a last minute decision.
Slate (Wookie) - probably not - will be a last min decision due to work commitments (Or a lack of work.)
