He needs a Ruff (ian), if you had 4 of those guys in a row it would be a good can-can

Hee hee, been going through them and making an "ok" pile, a "hmmm, that'll take some work" pile and a "wtf???" pile.

It's not too bad, 100% head removal (for gas masks) and about 30% limb/gun removal.

But, in the house of horrors that "two guns" belongs in, is a guy that has an upside down flamer cask as a head!
I simply cannot bring myself to take a pic...

EDIT: My medicae facility is in the gallery.

with 5 days left it looked like i could enter both comps. a migrain took care of 1 day, and a wargames show occupied another. the last day was for photos... which only left me enough time for one entry. since the painting comp was my idea, i felt i had to give that one priority. sorry everyone :(

i will still finish my entry, but maybe not until im working on my AdMech army (its an AdMech Objective Marker).

cheers :)

Now the votes are in, I would like to comiserate jimster and spack, for failing to secure the coveted third place.
I don't think it would be arrogant on my behalf to say that in this comp, I just had the right stuff and they shouldn't feel too bad about it.

Though, to be honest, if Elvis had entered the comp, he would have been difficult opposition.

Congrats on midicae comp

Postby Herne » Tue Dec 09, 2008 12:19 pm

Well done to Jimster - an imaginative and creative piece. All the entrants should be congratulated on their efforts. Spack - loved the blood details running off the table - Nice work. Hope all those guys who 'didn't quite make it' this time will 'timetable' themselves to enter the next one!

congrats guys! 8)

i wish i could have had my entry ready in time, but even if i had, im not sure it would have changed the results...

it now falls on Jimster to pick the next Objective type from the original list(we still have Ammunition Stock, Fuel Dump, Power Generator & Observation point to choose from).

considering the festive season, what does everyone say to postponing the next comp for a month so we can get Xmas and New Years out of the way before we start? (maybe we could start Jan 1st?) :?:

cheers :)
