Just updated the initial post with the hotel address and phone number, if anyone still doesn't have it here it is.

RUFFORD HOTEL
53 MELTON ROAD
WEST BRIDGFORD
NOTTINGHAM
NOTTINGHAMSHIRE
NG2 7NE
Tel: 0115 981 4202

Rooms are booked under my name CRICHTON, so if you get there before me just quote that name. Everyone that has sent me their full name I'll organise with the hotel so you have rooms under your name, anyone else should let me know - I knew I forgot to ask something in the PM I sent yesterday!

I have amended the list - Rathen shouldn't be in confirmed, he's a TBC and is unlikely to be there now.

Great news. Look forward to seeing you. Give me a call if you get to the hotel and have trouble booking in.

Hi all. I shall be driving straight to WHW and checking in to the hotel after the games on friday. I have driven through nottingham once 5 odd years ago. I've looked at the maps for the hotel and it looks complicated (all that one way stuff) and I'd like a co pilot for the drive from WHW to the hotel for directions (and therefore someone to blame). As you may appreciate, single drivers can't really stop in a busy city centre to study maps.
I hate not knowing were I'm going when driving, so can someone bail me out?

As a side note, are we arranging a specific time to wave into the warhammer world webcam for site members who can't make the trip?

now that is a cool idea. :D

it would have to be a time that is appropriate for both sides of the pond, and one that is easy to remember... any suggestions? :?:

Since Ben can't make it through no fault of his own, :( how about when "Big Ben" strikes 12 noon. Just need to find out what time zone he is in, but should put it somewhere between 5-8 PM UK.
What about it Ben?

Good thinking on the driving thing - I'm sure there will be enough people.

I aim to leave here about 7:45am on Friday, pick up the other two and head on up to arrive before lunchtime.

I was already going to plan to wave to Louise and the kids via the web cam :D A group one for AoS would be good too :)
