AoS Weekend 8th/9th/10th August 2008 Roll Call

I need to try and get an idea of how many people will be turning up for the weekend in August (Fri 8th to Sun 10th, with the main fun being on Sat 9th), so can each member please post an "I'm coming" or an "I might" reply in this thread so I can sort out a rough list, and I'll see about ringing around some hotels near WW to get a group rate once I've got a good idea about the numbers. Please keep this thread as a list of members who will/might attend - if you want to discuss what's going on, please use the existing discussion

UPDATE: We have 10 tables booked each, with a variety of scenery. WHW will be trying to make sure we have some "historical" tables, which are ones without a wooden "lip" edge around them, so they can be put together for larger Apocalypse games if we want. I've also been given the go ahead to dish out the dice in WHW too.

RULES: GW have a few rules we need to comply with, pretty much what you'd expect and nothing restrictive. (1) All models must be at least undercoated, preferably with an attempt at a base coat; (2) No eating in the gaming hall, drinks are fine but no glass; (3) anyone 18+ who look under 18 will need to bring ID if they want to be served alcohol in the bar; (4) if the fire alarm goes off it will be real, leave all minis and muster outside the front of the hall; (5) all injuries need to be reported to the shop, bar, or security, and first aiders are available at these locations. BDAs wife just gave birth...so it's whether or not by then he's allowed out the house for a longer than 5 minutes...

I should be and I will have my wife. The kids will be off playing cowboy at my mom's ranch.

My wife's birthday is August 6th so we are going to have a holiday and I get to go to WW for a few days during the trip but it works. LOL
