Congratulations to Sami & Martin.

Matt, could you not have sorted by final position before posting? I very nearly congratulated Pete & Simon :P

Cheers mate!

And so, Baragash and I stride purposely forward, like mighty colossussisses, bathing in the glory and adoration of ye mere mortals!

You there! Wipe that silly grin from your face and you! Take off that silly hat!
Now I'm in charge, things are going to change.

Your infantry are going to face the enemy instead of each other? :)

Well done all! Looks like you had a good time judging from the photos.

Thanks for picking up the gauntlet Matt, I hope it all went well.

How did Matt, Dan & Dave manage to get over 3000 VPs (nearly wrote 9000!!!11!!eleven!!111), and yet only win one game?

First game was Matt and I, and we pulled 1500 VPs by wiping out Pete & Toby entirely by turn 5 :)

Necrons phased out every game by turn 4. 1st game it was an entire army vs a landraider. (see pics the dreadnoughts killed each other exploding taking my beserkers with them)..Was ok losing to my own spare 750 plus matts (which me+web had tweaked for him)
2nd game landraider immobilised turn 1, turn5 it was entire army (1380 points) vs 2 beserkers who managed to clear AND hold an objective for the rest of the game..(that was against hernes driveby vendetta (I did ask him twice if he could really shoot out of it).
3rd game was almost win.. tim put his DP right in front of my landraider..which battered it.. but my DP drew combat with a dreadnought for 4 game turns (WTF it just took its arms off) and necrons got involved in the most arduous dice rolling exercise (30 necrons 20 plaguebearers and some SM). By the time my stuff was freed up in the middle their stuff was on the run.(after sweeping all the necrons) but the game ended too quick for me to make up the killpoints.
I kind of thought we killed more in the 3rd game but only by a trivial amount- not enough to save us from last.
