Exactly - I wasn't talking about scoring units I was talking about having legal FOC selections and you do not have enough Troop choices KInG :P You need 4 minimum for 2 FOCs.

Some Land Raiders?

Also, is Kantor going to be affecting your whole army for his Stubborn rule, or just 1 FoC?

Ok, I'm waaaay behind on my painting :( Mini Ljundhammer is taking up my modelling time by sleeping badley.

Do you mind playing against undercoated minis? I'll do my best to make sure that these are kept to a minimum, but I thought it best to warn you/change my army list. I hate using unpainted minis, but if it's all I've got...

If you'd rather play a fully painted army, I'll have to shift my army around somewhat...

Cheers,

lol mine aint going o be all painted either so not to worry. Im aiming to get a black or white undercoat on them at the very very least... but I was hoping to airbrush them all their basic colours also.

Feel free to 'change ur list to kill mine' lol I mean to allow u the painted models u seek :D

I was going to ask u, if it was ok to swap out 2 of my raiders for softer targets anyways ;)

Ok, that's ok then. T'was all a cunning ruse to destwoy u! But you has seen frew mai planz OH NOES!

RE: changing your list, I don't have a problem with it, like I said, mine is pretty close to what I'll be bringing, but I think there are a few weapon changes I'll need to make here & there (especially on the demolisher which doesn't have the weapon load out per my list & I've run out of time to change the model I think...). That's a long way of saying "balls, do what you want!" :D

Have you seen typhoons in action? I'v heard some people say they are the bee knees.. But I really have my doubts.I might have to proxy them just to see what people are on about (very simple with that list you'll be using drop the 3 dual heavy bolter speeders for 2 typhoons)

I have 3 typhoons made (adapted with magnets/blue-tac) so far:)

and I also think with their 5 shots at 36" and 2 at 48" they are alot more usable.

People can either shoot my assault force coming across at them or direct their shots to the back of the table at the speeders... their choice ;)

Right, it's all gone wrong!

There's no way on [strike]earth[/strike] terra that I can get the guard even close to a level that I think is acceptable (I have not enough non-undercoated models, and my tanks are a variety of multi-coloured e-bay messes!). I'm afraid the real world (such a thing unfortunately must exist!) has caught up with me and conspired to make the IG coolness that wanted to create impossible.

Thankfully, the =][= army is complete.

You've got a few options Nigel:
1) =][= and DeathWing (not very fluffy, but involves no work on my part)
2) =][= and Grey Knights (involves very little work, but will involve incorrectly painted Land Raiders)
3) 2 x =][= armies, with SM & IG allies (very little work on my part - apart from buying the new SM codex)
4) =][= and SM (as above)
5) Reduce points (but considering the whole idea was a big game...)
6) call it all off :(

It's up to you mate, I lay myself prostrate before your beneficence.

Ljundhammer, if I never took any army because it wasn't painted to my satisfaction I'd never play :P
