Next AoS event (2011)

Postby mattjgilbert » Tue Mar 22, 2011 2:40 pm

The following weekends are currently free at WHW if we want to book them but will need to do it asap.

1st/2nd October
5th/6th November

These avoid the holiday season meaning more of us are likely to be able to attend.

Also attached is the confirmation of the hiring policy and that it'll be free up to 10 tables.

Please reply if you think we should do another event later in the year and which would be your prefered weekend.

I should be able to make either, although the November one would be better as the October one is the weekend of my mother-in-law's birthday.

Looking at being out of the country around the time of the October one, so November is preferable.

I can do either (right now) sign me up for which ever the majority says.
Can you confirm that GW still will let 2 groups associate at the same time without charging.. and if so can we find out if the split of kings oop nerth lot and hernes learned associates are coming on the same dates as a seperate gaming group..
(either groups pull it together early on or there really are only 14 places left.)

I'm up for either date at this point. As for my 'learned colleagues' it depends if they can get their lazy arses organised to book time off / avoid the missus or just be arsed to turn up....... ;-)

I'll give it one more day then for responses but it's looking like November at the moment.

Although I just realised that's bonfire night! I was away for the last one too...

The October date offered is not one I can get a week either side off, so is good for me.

Also ok for the November date. I'll go with the flow on this one

No other weekends available so we need to decide on which of those too (assuming we want to do something)
