The Tau weapon options are missing the Markerlight.

The VDR calculator uses the Vehicle Design Rules last printed in Chapter Approved 2004 (US). There is no markerlight in the weapon costs table for Tau in the VDR.

the official stance from games workshop on the VDR (as i asked about similar things) was that they had no plans to update the rules or revise them at this time. However, since the VDR rules themselves are subject to your opponents permission, I don't see why you couldn't figure out the cost based on the units available. such as the difference between a XV-8 and XV-84 suit (IA3). it allows the option of the marker light and target lock on a standard suit for 15 points, putting the cost of the marker light at 10 points. This is only available on commanders, so a very limited deployment, so i would put the cost higher at 15 or 20 points. but again, this is subject to your opponents approval.
