I didn't know you play Magic as well.

Too bad I don't have a UK address to have it sent to.

I love magic it's a great game.

If anyone is interested possibly on the Friday of the warhammer world meet up me, Herne, Emperor and Slate are planning on playing a bit of magic in the bar.

Nice chilled quick game contrasts well with the mini's in my opinion.

I agree. I often partake in a game or two of magic after 40K at my FLGS. It is a nice change of pace. Also, it can be very nice to sit after standing over the game table for 2-3 hours.

Yay! my starter set just arrived! :D
(a week or 2 late, but who cares)

it contains:
- 2 decks (each with starter booklet)
- booster pack
- a shiny card
- life total sheets with counters
- CD rom
- rulebook
- leaflets

i am rather impressed. :D

cant wait to get started now :)

has anyone else received theirs? (i checked and it says "while stocks last" so i had kinda written it off as being out of stock, until today)

cheers

cool. :)

(although how much i end up playing depends on how much Kate enjoys it)

my mum has just rung to say that "her" starter set (i.e. my 2nd set) also arrived today. :D

one of our friends has gotten into the game recently, and hopefully her deck will turn up soon too. :)
