Re: Fair price for this army?

General rule of thumb for selling armies that are painted (regardless of quality unless seriously shit hot) is 25-35% retail value. Anything over that is a bonus - you would find more luck selling for free on a Facebook group though.

Re: ELITES - June 2014 Competition

You lot over there have had good results with fairy spray I believe. I really wish I could just ship a case of Simple Green over to you. It's what I use over here and it really works great! Fairy Power Spray IS Simple Green ;) It has various names in Europe but in the UK it is the same thing. Works...

Re: Calling all 40k Players

Where is the club these days? Awhile back there was a thread about moving? Did that not happen in the end?

Re: Space Marine Missile launchers

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm aware of a few bit sellers (ironically I own and run a web store for bits) just these few had me stumped. I'd prefer they were legit GW bits as most of my gaming revolves around GW stores. Considering the price of them, I may go for 5 Lascannons as they are cheaper (i...

Re: Space Marine Missile launchers

I had 3, but Ebay is ridiculous and wanting nearly £5 an item for them.

I don't mind if they have paint etc as I will just strip them, it's just a pain in the bum. I don't like the forgeworld ones either so might have to make my own

Re: 2014 1st Quarter Project log for everyone

I left models that were really heavily painted in Fairy Power Spray and forgot about them for 3 months.

When I opened the sealed jar, I had a good collection of plastic and metal bits that once rinsed, were paint free :)

All as good as new too!
