Re: Heresy Miniatures - back with Vengeance!

Lol. The Dragon is Heresy Miniatures biggest creature. Andy sculpted it in 2010 I believe and added to the catalog on 2011. He made it as a multi-part metal miniature, but then the price of metal sky-rocketed. He also had other problems involved - he needed a bigger pressure caster for one. Last yea...

Re: Heresy Miniatures - back with Vengeance!

Yeah I also own a winged Netherlord - awesome mini. I have pledged at the Pantheon level of Andys Kickstarter to get another one! I've got quite a lot of miniatures from Heresy and they have always been excellent quality. Was kickstarter out in 2011? This is when the Dragon was added to the catalog....

Re: My Terrain. Necromunda & Warhammer Quest...

Dude you just made my day! No its not Dwarvern Forge - its styrofoam! It's the stuff you use in underfloor heating. I have currently discovered the joy's of using milliput - which puts this Dungeon to shame! I will post some more pic's when I'm done :D

Re: Heresy Miniatures - back with Vengeance!

He is still producing miniatures, though some of his stuff isn't (e.g. The Netherlord). Unfortunately he is a one man band struggling in this economy of huge miniature companies. Now he is (hopefully) making a great comeback! Then he can get his Netherhells Dungeon Crawler created, which should be a...

Heresy Miniatures - back with Vengeance!

Hi all :D Just thought I'd share the word that Andy Foster of Heresy Miniatures has launched a kickstarter to revive his monsters range. As a fan of old Dungeon crawlers, his models are great! His kickstarter project funded in less than an hour!! The Kickstarter: https://www.kickstarter.co...

My Terrain. Necromunda & Warhammer Quest...

Hello all :D I haven't posted anything on here in a while, I used to be more affraid of computers! The King keeps telling me to put pictures up of the things I create though, so here I am! Have a look; comments and criticisms welcome! Not sure if I can add photos on here (they are too big), s...

New Eldar Titan on the horizon?...

Hello all interested. I'm not an Eldar collector, but I was on the GW website a minute ago checking the daily news (Friday the 31st of December: A trip to Forge World; The Badab War – Part II.), when I noticed the Titan stood behind the Marines in the first two pictures. At first I thought these wer...

Re: storm raven?

For some weird reason, I like this model! It has the same shape as a model I started making from plasticard in my early teens (though mine was going to carry a buggy/quad made from a land speeder at the time instead of a dreadnought). Those were the days when I had no cash at all but very big ideas!...

Re: So who's getting Dark Eldar?

When I get the time and cash together, I will be getting a Dark Eldar army. I have been tempted for a long time to get an army before they got re-released, but I had other priorities. I think I will be purchasing the Codex this weekend.... :D

Re: Warhammer 40k Movie "Ultramarines"

I wonder if they will get it done this time. They did try to make a film quite a few years ago now, though it was gonna be Blood Angles (I think it was called Bloodquest, it appeared in some white dwarfs). They kept running out of funds & time or something, then one day they scrapped it... Perso...

Re: Beardy Players

Lol, I never even thought about what 'type' of beard I have! I think mine is a short boxed beard, with no neck beard... I can't stand being clean shaven, it irritates my skin too much. What does everyone shave with? I have one of those Mack-3 power ones, but it is pants for getting neat lines. I kee...

The right resin - Community Space Hulk Terrain log

Hi there Daemonscape. Thanks for the advice! It would be great to see how far you get with this project too, & how we differ in design styles! So please post pictures if you like. :D I would like to throw this conversation forward for all interested - if you are working on the same or similar pr...
