Well I got my first set of IG today, I bought a standard set of Cadian Shocks. Not sure how I want to expand like, but I deffo want a couple of Valkyries in there!

Well, I'm going down to buy more additions to my army tomorrow. Not sure what I'm after yet. Theres no way I'll have at least 1,000 points of guard by Thursday though!

Hey! Update - My IG are slowly growing, I currently own:

50 x Shock Troops
2 x Command Squads
1 x Heavy Gunner Squad
1 x Sentinel
1 x Valkyrie
2 x Lemen Russ - Battle Tank + Demolisher
1 x Commissar Yarricktalk to

Now all I have to do is assemble and paint them so I'll talk to you's all in about 3 months.

If we had to paint models before we played then none of us would ever get a game. Ive known a certain Imperial Guard player who has played with guardsmen with no arms, as long as you tell your opponent what they are at the start its not a problem.
