New site is substantially easier to buy from than the old site IMHO.

I've also found the search function more helpful than the old site.

if he likes tanks, why not try a baneblade?

if he is cerain it needs to be metal, then one of the best models in metal for me is a unit of Grey Knight Terminators.

if he likes monster/alien type models, then either a Tyranid Carnifex of Hive Tyrant would be right up his street.

Original poster may note that those 5 terminators cost nearly the same as the boxed set (Assualt on Black Reach) that also contains 5 terminators, this is because they have different rules (not particularly better, just different) and are metal.They also look different..but its up to your brother -in-law which look nicer
