I know that it is kind of rude to start making requests immediately after introducing myself but... I am really bummed that I cannot find a good picture on the internet for the forum. I will be posting some battle reports soon.

As to the picture for the forum, I assume you mean the "avatar" that appears next to each of your posts? As da_grot suggested, just find any picture you like and resize it, once you've done that you can upload to use on this forum from your profile. If you're having trouble resizing just create a gallery album and upload it there, and drop me a private message - I'll create you an avatar and link it to your login.
