Just saying hi to all you gamers out there.

I play Dark Angels and I'm in the process of doing an Imperial Guard army but I take to much care in painting each and every model that I have yet to finish my first platoon (I got them about a year ago) :sad5

Hi, welcome to the site. I'm a DA player too (and IG, and Eldar, and Chaos, and ....) :)

Unfortunately I'm not much good at painting, so most of my stuff isn't painted. With IG I found doing a squad at a time in basic colours seemed to work, and as I have Steel Legion the grey main colour works pretty well and is quick to paint. Pics are in my gallery if you're interested ;)

Ya wanna know something REALLY sad?

The Dark Angels that I have, are a small Deathwing force. I haven't even assembled them after a year and a half or more!

I have 5 unassembled plastic termies, and 2 metals (1 pair LC, 1 TH+SS) in blister. All my other loyal termies are put together, and have been used - over 50 of them :)

My problem is that I like to paint everything, including the bits which no-one will ever see, to the best of my ability right down to the teeth if I can see them. I still have a half a box of Imperial Guardsmen and a box of the new plastic space marine scouts that I haven't even touched yet.

I wish I was as dedicated as you - unfortunately I don't have the time, the patience, or the motivation.

Thats a shame from what I have seen in your gallery, when you do have the time and patience you can do some very good stuff.
