Hi !

Long time lurker first time poster.
Been browsing these forums regularly and thought I'd throw in my 2 cents every now and then.

Been playing since late 2nd ed, going on 13 years now I think (with the odd breaks). I own a large Eldar force, 2,5k Emperors Children, Some Black Templars and a sizeable Skaven army.

Like all true gamers I have no army painted an almost all of them are "in process". Well, I did have an well painted 1,5 EC army. Finished it 2 weeks before the new codex came out and ruined it all

Favorite part of the hobby: Thinking of crazy army ideas and concepts (Slaanesh daemon army, all converted from WE models is on the list now)

Least favorite part: Losing all hope and crying myself to sleep when I've spent an evening converting 2 terminators. Instead of just glueing all 12 of them together unconverted in an hour.

I have 1.5k EC. The first army I ever converted.

Now my sexy daemonettes all have headaches.
My terminators (yes, sonic weapons), used to grin evily at my opponents.
Now, they just take perverse delight (hey, they are slaanesh after all) in my idiocy for bothering.

"Oh you silly silly man." Said in a very camp voice, of course.

I promised myself (and my wallet) that I wouldn't buy more stuff until I've painted what I own.

I then bought a Revenant Titan. I justified it by making it my carrot, I'll paint it when I've finished my Eldar army.

Wonder how long it will be until i have to lie to myself again...

I won't be, if you are able to get passed the fact that I can't string a sentance together (and its meant to be my primary language )

Hmmmm not long, I have huge amounts of unpainted figures that are slowly getting assembled, undercoated and.... out away. Grrrrrr.

I did have an excuse, had Carpal Tunnel which made holding a painbrush a pain, strange that it didn't affect a scalpel for modelling though. Something to do with different pressure points.
