Greetings everyone. Found this place through Warseer and glad I did. I'm also a member of Heresy Online, Librarium Online, Work in Progress, and a few others to boot.

I'm female, live in western Massachusetts, have been playing 40K for 20 years, or since it first came out. Oldest army and the largest is the Salamanders; my first one. Second would be World Eaters...both of those go back a long way.

But what I really love are the Adepta Sororitas, in this incarnation part of the Witch Hunters.

That should do to be getting on with.

Welcome to the site. What exactly was it in Warseer that brought you over? It doesn't matter but I am curious.

There's a thread there asking folks what sites other than Warseer people are on. Age of Strife was mentioned and said to be cool so I boosted over for a look.

Cool. I spoke highly of AoS in the thread of which you speak.

I hope you enjoy yourself here and please feel free to post some photos of your armies. I love seeing the older minis.

Here is what I said
I am at Age of Strife. It is where Tim is so that is a huge plus. Everyone there seems to be adult and we can discuss rules without the silliness. By that I mean that we can point out exactly what the rules say even when it doesn't make sense and then try to find a work around. It has been said that Warseer is like a Tube station and AoS is like a pub. That is one of the best ways to describe it. I would rather have 50 mates than 1000 screaming kids.
And the link.

Welcome to the site Sister Sin, glad to have you aboard.

Like a pub, eh? Suppose I'd better start pulling pints :P

Wotcha :D
So start a thread already, what would you choose as a specialist talking topic , lists n' tactics, rules, modelling, stories, developing new stuff, or preferred consumables of the moment (tea and marmite/picklets/muffins already covered)
I can't remember if Spack ever commented but as has been said already it seems a fairly laid back place here, and if you have anything new to add to a thread I don't think folks mind mild thread necromancy, so you haven't missed your opportunity to add your 2 cents to, for example, the tea thread etc.
Have fun
