New Customer and Fan Signing In

Postby Ph4lanx » Sun Dec 27, 2009 4:15 pm

Hi guys,

Made my first order on the site just before Christmas, so I thought because I had such a good experience, I would sign up and stick around!

I'm a Blood Ravens player, supported by an Apocalypse division of Imperial Guard Super-Heavy tanks ;)

I'm also a veteran of WarSeer and it's nice to see a few names from there over here. Nice to meet you all! :)

Hi mate,

yep the GF service is ace, as a member of the forces jumping around europe they have always been very accomodating.

Good to see you here, theres plenty to get involved with or not (depending on the kind of forum user you are :P ).

Its obviously been a bit quiet the last couple of days but will soon pick up once the familys have buggered off and the hangovers subsided.

Welcome,

Elvis

Welcome to the site! Hopefully the changes that we're making to Gaming Figures shortly will make you even more likely to buy from us :)

I don't think I can get any more likely Spack. I've already put GF to the top of my traders website links. :) You're the first stop for anything I'm after (in fact I wanted to buy a Fortress of Redemption from you guys but couldn't find it on the site!).

And thanks guys. My army isn't painted yet, but once done I'll post up some pictures for sure. The idea is the Blood Ravens are a drop pod army, supported from the back by four Super-Heavy tanks seconded to them by the Imperial Guards' Harakoni Warhawks.

Guys, I tried to add a link in my signature, but it came up saying it was spam. All I'm trying to do is link to my army which I have posted on the AoS boards :(

Cheers mate, I'll PM him shortly.

As for the army. It's a 4 drop pod army, but part of it uses Deep Strike rules, and couple that with the Locator Beacons on the pods, it should make for some nice entries.

The two tactical squads, the Dreadnought and the Sternguard use drop pods, then the Assault Squad/Vanguard Squad along with the Assault Terminators deep strike using the locator beacons for positioning, and the fight goes from there.

The two Captains I run will be coupled with either the Assault Terminators or the Sternguard squad, unless I find some reason to bolster a Tactical Squad if perhaps needing to defend an objective.

it means you're not alone if you read a KMB post and think you're on a foreign forum ;)

welcome btw, nice to have you on board. I see you are in Surrey, is that too far for you to come to the AoS February meetup?
