ooops sorry, should have known better.
Buy the damn thing you scroungers.
Go here http://www.coolminiornot.com/store/product.php?xProd=2331&jssCart=a8927ddc86ba30ee1062ee9e4bb33dd8
It is very cheap to buy.

EDIT: the PDF is $10 and seeing as its IP (rightly pointed out by Spack), I'll not making any more attempts to E-mail it to anyone.

im very impressed with these models (especially considering the short time you have been 40K'ing). :)

a few constructive criticisms/suggestions, though (just minor stuff):

Raptor: you've gotten some red paint in the holes in the flamer nozle. water down some black paint and paint it over the end part of the flamer, so it runs into the the little holes, then wipe it off the flat surfaces before it dries (this will let you fill the holes with black quickly and easily without trying to get your brush into them perfectly or cause you to redo the red afterwards).

(i love the shoulder pads, BTW!)

Landraider: the metal looks a little shiny (i know this could be just the flash/lighting, so apologies if its OK IRL) - i would consider putting a wash over it (either black, flesh, orange or red).

(i like the colour scheme here)

Rhino: as above Re: metal. also those bronze/orange armour sections (towards the front and back) could do with another coat to make them smoother/stop bits of black showing through.

(i love the gory severed&impaled head!)

Gunner/Lord: Flesh is very hard for me to paint personally (i try to cut down on the "human" coloured flesh showing on my models for this reason). while what you have done is neat, it needs a wash to bring out all the details/wrinkles etc. the Lord's metal parts (esp. chains & claws) could do with a wash too to bring out details/remove the shine.

apart from that, everything is cool - definately table-top quality (just needs basing) - you should be proud. :D

p.s. @ KMB: thats cake, not "pie" (mmm pie). :P

Just think Tim, he had not seen 40K, I show him and he paints so much better than I. :(

P.S. We will soon have Thanksgiving over here so how about some cobbler?

p.s. my mum came over for tea the other day, brought a big box of freshly home-made cakes: a plain sponge, a sponge covered in thick coffee icing, and a gorgeous apple crumble. il have to invite my parents over more often...

THANKS man, I actually fixed the holes in the raptor lastnight, saw this post this morning. But it is fixed and didnt take any new pics.

What I am planning on doing is once I am done with current projects (Raptors, possessed, spawn, termies, sorcerer...geezz do I have enought) they are all primed and on my overhead on my desk. Then I am going to go back and fix what I didnt know then. Practice makes perfect.

I welcome ALL C&C

Given you've used no washes or highlights/shading on those models, they look pretty good. I'm a complete n00b when it comes to painting, I tend to just drybrush stuff and hope for the best :?

BTW just to give you an idea of how long it is going to take to back track and fix my first jobs. It generally takes me about 3hrs on my models and I currently have 15 models primed and ready for paint, so I have 45hrs worth of work. I normally start painting around 8:00pm and wrap up around 12am, I might sometimes have time on the weekends but not much.

3 hours? That's even better then. Takes me much longer than that to put a basic colour scheme on a model ...

At my current painting rate, I have enough models to keep me going for a few hundred years at least :P
