I don't think it was necessarily a poorly run litigation but a poorly entered legal battle to begin with. There should have been better pre-work on this to ensure
GW being in the right before they ever started, and unfortunately for
GW that wasn't the case because
GW has been the throw everything at the wall and see what sticks kind of legal work.
This has shown that they need to improve their process to better defend their actual rights as a company.
