Cardboard Minecraft sword

Postby Spack » Sat Feb 01, 2014 1:59 pm

Ended up spending the last couple of hours this morning paper and card crafting. He's a Minecraft fan, and naturally wants to run around killing things with a sword ...

Very nice! My kids got a foam minecraft sword somewhere when out with their mom, but the one you made actually looks better than theirs!

Thanks for the comment, but trust me it's pretty ropey. The foam ones may well last longer, but he's already spent most of his pocket money on the head which is a cardboard box with eye holes. £20 for a cardboard box!!!

So maybe instead of making cardboard swords, you should make cardboard heads!
Then you could sell them for £20 each!

If he needs a better one he could always go with this:
From Man At Arms

The rest of the stuff he makes is pretty good as well.
When you wish upon a star, your dreams can come true.
Unless it's a meteorite falling to Earth, which will destroy all life, then you're pretty much hosed no matter what you wish for.
Unless it's death by meteorite.
