Rough Riders

I fancy making a 10man unit of Rough Riders for my IG army, the thought I had was using Orc Boar Boyz for the mounts and legs then adding Cadian bodies, arms & legs to them.
Has anyone out there in Age of Strife land seen any built like this?

Well. An interesting idea. But the board boy legs will be much much too large. Assuming they're the same size as normal ork boy legs.

Thanks for the advice Socaddict, having never played Warhammer I was not sure if they would be close enough. Oh well back to the drawing board :roll:

These guys were pretty cheap to put together.
The cavalry came off e-bay, cheaper than the perry site, about £14 as I recall for 14 ironically.

Other stuff from a bits site, chaos marauders and ungors, a few ig bits here and there and hey presto!

A good look for the Cadian torsos is to use the Empire Pistolier/outriders legs + horses.

They have Light armour on the thighs which blends nicely with the carapace torsos.
