I have 10 seekers undercoated and ready to go. Just need to be arsed to wash them. Can you describe how you got that effect?

Some of daemon stuff was done mostly with washes (and then dipped but devlan mud would proably had done the trick)

Glad you like the seeker!
LOTD got it right with that warseer thread. Step by step what I did was;

Spray white
Wash whole model badab black
Lightly drybrush whole model white
Washed everything I wanted purple with purple wash
Painted horns white, straps black and armour silver followed by a black wash
Tonuge was washed blue

Done all 5 in a afternoon, waiting for the washes to dry to the longest!
