When I'm painting a unit that I've not painted before I usually work in tens. I'll do the same colour on each model, then begin the next colour etc. Usually one model gets ahead of the rest as I test colours I'm not sure will be what I want before committing it to the whole lot.

For my TK Chariot list I'm using the tankbrush + skeleton colours method on the all the cavalry/chariots before I go round and pick out the other colours.

I've been developing a BA list. But decided I would use my DA instead of buying a whole new chapter, as I did with the SM dex.

You read my mind... well ljundhammers. It appears I am making a foray into the world of BA also..

well try this fella out... If you keep him in cover he will do very well. I usually eat at least two full 10men SM units with him before he dies. He will last longer if the enemy ain't too shooty with Lassies and Plasma. And keep him away from S6+ power weapons.
