Age of Strife

As usual I'm carrying over some stuff I failed to do last quarter into my list

Q4 list is:

-Finish 2 assault marines + sternguard
-Paint road sections ready for big WHFB game in November
-Assemble and start painting all the Island of Blood models
-Assemble all orcs and goblins lying around in boxes

The AoS tactical squad doesn't need doing until the meet-up in March next year so this can go on the 2011 Q1 list.

Q3 was bad for me. I hope Q4 shows some improvement.

Let's try and be a bit realistic for once....
Finish the basecoated Bloodletter squad
Assemble and paint a squad of Pink* Horrors
Assemble and paint The Changeling

*Actually, as GW don't do pink, although I have sourced an alternative for my HE citizen levy (as Eltharion is the only "province" character the levy are getting his colours), I'm probably doing my horrors blue.

Priority 1 ...
Get the TWAT gaming planet (16x12) sorted out!

Plumbing is assessed as ... SORTED!
Two stud wall removal is assessed as ... SORTED!
Newly planned removal of third stud wall (yes, there are only three of these walls) is assessed as ... PROBABLY STARTING ON MONDAY!
Carpet is at readyness level ... STILL IN A BAG!
New panelling is at stage ... NOT BOUGHT YET!

OVERALL PROGRESS OF OPERATION CLEAR UP AFTER FLOOD AND MAKE MORE SPACE FOR TERRAIN STORAGE IS RATED ... 17%, IE NEGLIGIBLE!

Regret not putting a dust sheet over the terrain and armies = 100%.
Worldeaters are ... NO LONGER VISIBLE, after idiot with jigsaw was left unnattended to wreak havock!

Priority 2.
Paint 20 stormtroopers, hybrids, repair terrain.

Priority 3.
Play some games!
I havent played in nearly 5 months now!
Not good enough!

erm, well I guess finish the biotitan base (when I get it back), finish the rebasing of my strongpoint 13 bunker. Then I'll look at the VC zombies (maybe) and repairing the rest of the terrain. Oh and painting the gaming board.

Oh I know I am going to do some Warriors of Chaos

I have just finnish my 1500 points of Space wolves, I will be concentrating on planning, building and painting a Cadian Army next.

Think I might join in this time to keep myself motivated and actually make some head way on all these unpainted armies.

At least 2000 pts in my epic ork army

Hopefully reach a full 3000 pts

Doubt I'll make the second one but let's see

Well, I can jump in here to.
Want to get 4 more Sternguard Vets, 1 more drop pod, and another Land Raider to finish.
That plus 1 bolter marine, 2 lascannon devastators, 3 missile launcher marines and the plasma cannon on my Dread.
Not too much.
Won't buy anything new until I finish all these!

Oh yeah, got 13 "interior ministry" (tallarns) built and ready to go.

More holes have appeared upstairs in the bungalow, leading me to believe that progress has been made, though wildly flying broken jigsaw blades is becoming a considerable hazard to low flying aircraft and balloonists in their dirigibles.

Good news that only minor fatal injuries have been sustained so far.

Well I do have a pile of unfinished Tyranids as well as a few squads of marines along with a land speeder storm, a couple of Rhinos, another drop pod, and some assault termies all in various stages of on sprue, clipped off, waiting for assembly.

So I guess I'm doing it at least a little bit right, right?

I actually managed to do some painting for the first time in about 2 months. 2 Assault marines finished and some more work on those sternguard. The marines are in my Ultramarines log.
