{Quoted fom his post}
second (small) armoured regiment is in the making, it consists of:
-20 sentinels
-50 stormtroopers
-30 heavy weapons teams
-20 ogryns
-10 leman russes
-4 macharius
-3 basilisks
-3 hydra tanks
-3 manticores
maybe some other stuff.

and i got an idea for a third, i still got the ''emperors blade'' leviathan tank sitting around.
so then it would come to this :
-leviathan (has a quake cannon)(counts for 3 baneblades its so big and huge)
-2 stormblades(with plasma blastgun)
-2 vulcanhammers(with vulcan mega bolters)
-2 jackhammers( artillery support baneblades)
-1 hydrasword (with two hydra turrets)
dunno if i make a third, that would be a ''years from now'' plan.
8O

One thing is certain to me, this guy has no wife to support nor children to feed  He will have an incredible force to field when he gets finished. Though he says in one post that {Quoted} i like baneblades i like tanks i like big army,s i like every cool model so i buy more of them , and i never played the game. but the models alone are cool enough.

Proof once again that this hobby has something for everyone :D

The whole truth and nothing but the truth!

Elvis - nice stuff. What colour are the bases going to be on the infantry? I think you'll have to plan it carefully with so much colour and detail going on on the figures.

@Matt: the bases are going to be resin (havent decided yet) with mainly red martian landscape, grey/white phosphorus burnt rock, and bits of evil looking shrubery :P

Ive decided all heavys and special vehicles and FW models are going to be AdMech badged up!

while the troops will be steel legion, vehicles fitted with DKOK filters

Yes, i bought the akurian filters from FW and it didnt even click that they are for and akurian BB not a GW norm...... so I did the best i could in the chop shop.., you like?

also, see this figure: Guardsman

Now i want the base to be a bit differ, any suggestions? ie i dont want him to blend in as much, i did think add more green rocks?

How about going with a much darker base, like a mud colour with subtle red highlights?
