The large ruin is still not painted but saw action tonight in a game. It also got a few bits knocked off - such is life with these terrain pieces.

The weather is rubbish here right now so I have no chance to go outside and spray the buildings black (which is the next setp)...

I have recently adopted the [painting mode on] during which I have a skanky GW shirt (to prove I am in this state.) and I was think ing of modding up one of those US military recruitment posters....Every model painted is a fresh thing for the meat grinder.
Beer is mandatory (I had a hell of a time telling a friend he didn't need it before firing shotguns though, he said it was the only way to cope with the recoil bruise... is stood behind him )
As with tims and matts stuff.. just see me ing, you guys not only have areas that are the 40k zone (not a "quick for 10 minutes this table is mine... for 10 minutes get back, no get away, no cat get down, now arrgghh time to put it all away") and your stuff is darned pretty, at some stage maybe I'll put some effort into 1 modular tile (even my trees are lose with string around for smaller storage)
