Yes I'll be bringing the undead along. I've got a 1500 point game against Red Devil's Ratmen but sure we can play too. I don't mind on points - I think I've got 2000 points painted up so 1500 or 2000 should be fine. I'll bring a few lists along.

Still got a load more of the undead to paint after the weekend and before Christmas though!

You really must be undead, mattrgilbert (the "r" being relentless).
Great stuff, makes me wish I could get something (anything!!!) done.

The vampire lord on pegasus is assembled and just needs basing. The final pile of zombies are being assembled now. Then all the undead (so far) are done and ready for a painting blitz. Will take a picture soon.

Excellent work Matt, and well done for saving the day on the Mantic Blog.

One day my Orcs will be to this standard; hopefully they'll fair better than my Ratmen!?

Well they were your first couple of games and my Undead did then get a pasting from the Twilight Kin (with their terminator horses).

I have a lot of Mantic Orcs waiting for me in boxes on a shelf in the games room...

Nicely done again Matt!
You've really mastered the dipping technique.
How long does it take you to do a group of models?

Not long. It's really just base colours and then dipping. Perhaps a bit of a highlight on some models afterwards (heroes) and dotting eyes put really you can easily do a unit of 20 models in an evening without busting a gut.

I've got another 10 revenants to go which came with the liche king model. Then a unit of 30 zombies but I'm waiting for warmer weather to spray those up. Then there's the undead war-mammoth and at that point I'll have "completed" the army (hopefully on target for Q1!)

There are some old GW bits and pieces down the shed and I'd like another skeleton horde at some point but hopefully soon I can move onto some other projects. This is the year of painting!

More Revenants, in red this time. These are the 10 that come with the Liche King set.
