Age of Strife

this thursday (3rd) I will be bringing Battletech to the club, so if anyone wants a demo game shout up.
its basically big robots, tooled up with various weapons kicking the snot out of each other
very simple to learn, I will run some 1-on-1 matchups if anyone is interested

What scale terrain do you play on Paul?
10mm?
do you want me to bring my Dropzone City stuff?

its actually a board game played on a hex based map, but there are rules to transfer it to a map based game. I think the scale could be around 6mm to 10mm, but im not 100% sure as ive only ever played it on the hex boards. The smaller/lighter mechs are about 30mm, with the heavier assault mechs up to 50-60mm.
thanks for the offer but for now, everything to play the basic version comes in the box
it might be an idea at a later date to try out the dropzone terrain as I imagine that the vehicles in dropzone could be a good size fit for battletech
