Ok, regarding the list, and the point raised by JB about swapping out that single unit and the points cost of it...

Well let's remember why people voted for option 1. It didn't allow gearing up for any particular foe, but it allowed continual play testing and improvement of your list, so as long as we stick to those aims then any changes we make should be ok.

It was suggested that instead of being able to change your list after 3 weeks it should be a number of games, as some people will fight only one or two matches in those three weeks. This idea will make 'gearing up' even less likely.

The other suggestion was that if the list is set for a number of matches, then letting people change it in any way wouldn't be so much of an issue.

So the modified ruling now on army lists is, to allow more extensive changes to your lists, but to make them unchangeable for 4 matches.
