Points costs are in the codexes, not in the rulebook. Points will depend upon which codex is used (I assume you're using Blood Angels given the Death Company reference?), and what weapon/wargear options are taken. Roughly the above with no unit options will be just over 1000pts - using the chaplain as a Reclusiarch (
HQ) as the Elites will be filled with Terminator squad, Techmarine, and Sanguinary Priest (apothecary).
You've got enough models for a small force with a few options, but you have no scoring units (Death Company are troops but not scoring and have to be fielded as a single unit, Dreadnought would have to be a Death Company Dreadnought to fill the second compulsory troops slot). You'd also have a spare terminator as you can't get 11 (10 + squad leader) into a single unit, and you've got no spare Elites to have two small terminator squads unless you drop the techmarine or the priest.
As to the other 3 models:
Inquisitors can be found the Grey Knights and Witch Hunters codexes (and Daemonhunters, although that has been replaced by the
GK codex), if have the printed
WH codex they can be taken as allies to a Blood Angels list (the
PDF version on the
GW site now removes the allies rules preventing this, and when the Sisters of Battle codex is released the
WH one will be obsolete) although to take both you'd need to take one as a Lord (which means you'd need to find 3 more models to make up a minimum retinue) and one as an Elite, but you've already filled those slots with the rest of your force so there's no way to take all the models together, at least not when using Blood Angels.
The captain in terminator armour is a
HQ choice in a Blood Angels list - take a Captain, choose the option to replace armour and weapons with Terminator Armour

It's 140pts without weapon options, but you've already filled your
HQ slots with the rest of your models.
