When we roll to bring on reserves are we playing that we can move other units first before placing our reserves?
Does this work with teleport homers / icons?
Can we roll to reserves for termys and then move the "homer" unit and bring the termys in at the new position?

So long as the homer is on the table at the beginning of the turn, then yes you could in my opinion.

reserves and DS are not the same thing Chris, therefore no you can not move your reserves/units and then DS, DS is done at the start of your turn.
