My Stormtrooper armour arrived! Well, technically it's Sandtrooper armour, and it's a little small for me to get into







Yes, he's a little short for a Stormtrooper

It's a Tomy Marmit 1/6 scale action figure kit from Japan that was released around 15 years ago, one other than the recently released and very expensive Hot Toys figure it's also the most accurate figure available, even diown to the thumbprint on the inside of the left bicep armour piece. Took a while to put together as each party had to be heated up with a hair dryer so it could expand enough to fit, and the backpack had to be glued together from 18 pieces. When the shelving in the living room gets rearranged he'll have a place alongside the full side helmet and blaster, as well as a few more pieces from my collection in the attic.

Should have the shiny white Stormtrooper version early best week to join him.

I'm sure if you breath in a bit you can get inside the armour... haha

Got the Stormtrooper kit this week, not quite as fiddly to put together due to having much less parts. The armour isn't quite white, more of a cream, apparently this is normal as the vinyl used in the kit doesnt stay bright. The Sandtrooper armour is much whiter.



Will dig out an old Hasbro Darth Vader to join them at some point, and an MG34 for the Sandtrooper.
