I've implemented a quick fix to the forums to handle DST, however it means that times are adjusted based on the UK DST dates, not elsewhere, as my server is in the UK. What this fix does is just adjust times within the DST period by one hour so they look correct to me (and anyone else in the UK) without the user profile time zone settings being changed. Anyone in a country that has DST based on different dates will see the times 1 hour out for a few days/weeks until their DST kicks in. Anyone else will either have to live with the one hour shift, or change their profile (and remember to change it back in October when DST ends in the UK).

Hopefully this quick fix will mean that the majority of users won't have to go fiddling with the profile time zone to get the right time to show for the next 7 months - if you already changed your time zone to GMT+1 to correct this you can switch it back now
