Ah, you missed a good weekend Boris ;) lots of fun had by all.

I hope we can all meet up again in Feb.

KMB, where's the thread where u posted that list of yours again? If you changed it, just pop me a pm please with it, many thanks.

And thanks goes out to all my opponents in the little fun tournement we played. Thanks for taking pitty on my poor fluffy Khorne list and letting them win, it will not be forgotten :D Kudos to James also for organising the event, making it possible. I'm sure he will be up for it again next time also, as the 'power' seems to suit him ;) lol

Hope you all had a great time too so please givethanks to the mighty Spack for sorting out all the other stuff that made the weekend possible. Top fella :)

Pm'd king.
Cheers for the games stunty, and all the rest of you too. I'll grab the photos and stuff over the next few days.
(not too bad a weekend I misplaced one of my craters (probably left on a table)- but didn't lose anything else....apart from ..maybe a rather large number of games :) )
Barely even lurking..

Echoes thanks to Spack...spack...spack.

Angelwing was an excellent opponent, even if his daemon hunter boss did smell a bit weird.

PHOTOS
I'm working on it  , as always.. I kind of consider them site property, so if anyone wants to use pics in their logs, or use them on other sites (in a positive way) do it, just link back to the site if you do :).

Remember the new thumbnails autocrop so you really need to see the larger images to see more than 60% of the pictures.(and you really want to be viewing them in 1000x750 not 640x480- drop box top right of the pics)

I’ve tried to give basic descriptions so even if you don’t know X is charging Y you know whose models they are and can physically see whats happening on the table.(theres about 130 of them so there put into subgroups so you don't get too bored)
I haven't done much quality control - if anyone wants anything (spot a duplicate, unviewable, totally pointless) removed just PM me (or a mod).

Friday

(inc the picture tim wanted me to take for some reason.)

The 2on 2 (slate (CSM) and Spack (guard) vs Si and taumaul-nurgle demons) game can be found here
gallery2.php?g2_itemId=21676
Theres some good facial expressions, I definitely got the feel that this game played the fastest (easiest) of all the BIG games that weekend.Hanging around on the demon side was a party. I haven't edited them down, or given them names/context, if one of the players wants to say what was happening go ahead :)

Satyrs day

My best
I'll balance this here to look awesome
I do not feels so awesome noes!!
I totally missed taking dynamic pictures of the huge apoc game that ruffian angelwing et all were playing all day.

Sunny dai (and gods it was a beautiful day, not the best to be locked up with sweaty gamers where they only switched on one in 3 fans).

Scores on the doors
Non tourney
Antubis-chaos (vs Smurfs) I won by 2 killpoints.
Stunty's Smurfs vs my smurfs ,Killpoints he was allowed to concede (I win) really pleasant game.(recommended opponent for not too serious battles)
Ljundhammer gets serious and brings out the deathwing to punish us all for guard being rather sub par..Its a tricky draw turn 5, a tactically skilled draw turn 6 (hanging on 4 smurfs contesting against a landraider and 1 termies) and it’s a total loss at turn 7 for me.(but it made him sweat no end, great game)
Stunty Smurfs vs My tzeentch ( so he could see how they played as he thought they might be his next army) went on till turn 7 I conceded he still had 2/3rds of his army I only had a bit of an obliterator.(terrible loss, still fun though)
Tims super Kurgath and 60 plaguebearers..defiant win for me (and an opponent who though a little cross at my grandstanding didn’t get too cross with that Sunday feeling where I finally had it in the bag and ran around waving my arms (I actually did this every time I killed anything of his.. as it was so tough to do)Awesomely tactical and close till mid turn 5 from when it became my cleansing the stinky nurgle with fire.(I win 2 objectives to 0 (rhino and speeder moved 12" to contest his remaining 13 PBs epi on his objective)

Tourney
Draw on objectives to JB/mark (I think I won by 40 or so victory points, but so many little bits each of us got a smidgeon wrong I think I can’t claim any sort of victory)Realy nice/fun game- good learning curve for me.

Loss to baragash, as my photos say (rather presumptuously) I really should have done more.. but a total lack of focus on my part (rules judging other folks, and taking pics is my excuse and I swear one of the brums gave me piggy flu)..meant I didn’t make assaults I should, I didn’t return to cover my base(let alone put any thought into contesting his).. and I thought what the heck and sent attack bikes to tie up terminators..(WTF?)
He absolutely deserved it though..he was on point, knew his stuff.(and wasn’t in 30 places at once in his head) and looking back I think I must have been a bit of a sucky opponent, sorry :D .- rematch ?

Does anyone have a scan of the table with points? (I came something terrible like 9th, but still beat Mr6 on victory points.. which to me means I won the tourney  )

If si came third..did that mean he was anothe person able to beat up 60 T5 wounds? :D

And the word of the weekend was Lanyard.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lanyard    :P :P :P :P :P
