Just to say don't expect the most speedy response as most of Age of strife is currently in warhammer world, normal service returns on monday :)

Nice figures, I'll get back to you once I've had chance to work out what they are about a possible buy/trade.

It's worth checking out www.solegends.com as they have scans of a lot of the old catalogues from GW (amongst others) which helps to identify old figs.

They are all the rogue trader space marines, couldn't tell you exactly what each one is though.

#1 is an inquisitor. His backpack had a cloak attached to it. I remember his great big toed foot.
#2 is (iirc) also one of the "inquisitors". I got both of these in a blister with a forgotten 3rd mini) back in the day.
#3 is one of the "eagle armour" marines. Mid/late RT. There were 3 of them in a blister. Mine have long since passed into the warp*
#4 I'm not sure about. Part of me says it's one of the Adeptus mechanicus styled figs for techmarines that they used to have in RT, but I've never seen this actual figure before.
#5 is a RT Space Marine. There was a page of them in the "Chapter approved" supplement for RT.

As to how much they are worth to a collector? Always a tricky question.

An item is worth what people are willing to pay for it. As an example, an 18" model of the TIE fighter that knocked Vader out of the trench in SW:ep4 just sold at auction for $350, 000 USD.

you might find someone willing to pay $20 US per fig, although more than $10-15 may be pushing it.

No matter how Big GW is, miniatures gaming is still a very niche market.

Yeah, it was tough. Fortunately, it was mostly terrain and my collection of SW still carded action figures :D I did lose my 1st ed Spacehulk plastic terminators and my collection of genestealers and hybrids, though, even though I managed to keep the tiles and counters. I lost a chunk of my eldar and SM stuff and a big chunk of lego. Most of that terrain was Necromunda stuff, too.

I've been able to rebuild a fair bit of it. It's actually quite easy to find the RTB001 marines second hand ( I love the noobs to 40k who hate the look of the stuff and sell it for a pittance, because they MUST have the latest edition stuff).
