To anyone who bought a Drop Pod...

if anyone has bought one of the new Drop Pods, i would be interested in getting hold of spare Fist icons. please PM me or post in this thread if you arent going to need yours.

How many do you need?

I was going to see if people wanted to trade so I could get more BT.

i dont know really... its just since i will be painting that Termi for the comp im thinking of finishing off my Fists of Wrath (at least get them up to CP level), and when i saw these icons i thought they might come in handy (decorating Vehicles or scenery, or making an Objective Marker for a later comp maybe).

no worries - its probably best that you do that, to be honest (postage would be a pain to me anyway).

I bought the drop pod, am not going to use the fist icons, and would be more than happy to send them to you.
PM me with your address info, I thing I can probably pack them up in an envelope to the UK.

I just posted a pic of the Fist icon next to one of my marines:

You only get 4 per pod, 2 on each of the door only sprues. There are no icons on the hull sprue other than an eagle (giving you a total of 5 eagles as there are 2 of those on each door sprue too). I can only assume that GW expect players to have chapter icons on 4 of the doors and an eagle on the 5th, or they forgot to put the chapter icons on the hull sprue. :roll:

ive had an idea for an Objective Marker (not sure if it fits any of the categories of the comp, but i need one anyway) using that Mega Bloks "drop pod" i bought ages ago (i sent some to you, didnt i Dan?).

i think the 4 that TW is sending should be enough, but if anyone has any spares they want to send my way, il do my best to give them a good home.

(vehicles etc)

Well ive got one of the Drop pods,

Im not interested in the SM symbols so im willing to give any of them up, however i am looking for a couple of the AdMech symbols you get in the COD boxes (the small ones, i believe they come seperate?)
